Now we are looking for a Performance Marketer with fluent Danish skills who's ready to take our market in Denmark to the next level.

Based out of Finland, Draivi is focused on capturing the larger growth opportunities available in Denmark and beyond, with a particular emphasis on markets like Mexico, Spain, and South Africa.

As a Performance Marketer, you will play a key role in driving growth for our Danish market through effective media buying and direct marketing campaigns via email and SMS. You will get to leverage your expertise to innovate and lead cutting-edge marketing campaigns in a high-impact role.

Responsibilities:

• Create and run Google and Meta Ads campaigns to drive customer acquisition and long-term retention

• Drive and fine-tune email and SMS marketing activities to boost engagement and conversions.

• Contribute to content creation and polish communication, ensuring every message aligns with our brand and meets high-quality standards.

• Turn data into action by continuously analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns for stronger results.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaign management)

• Problem-solving mindset, able to think beyond the obvious and uncover new growth opportunities.

• Solid understanding with SEA/SEM/SEO, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and the latest digital marketing tools

• Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights

• Fluent communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
